Dash Health

01 — Objective

Women's Health in India is a problem that doesn't receive the kind of conversation that it deserves. While there is some awareness about health issues, women don't have proper awareness and access when it comes to solutions. Dash Health by Shyft aims to branch out into this domain and build a one-stop brand for all women, hoping to bring about change for women at home and in corporate workplaces.

02 — Dash Health - Insight

Building Dash Health was a lot about diving deep into my own relationship with being a young woman in India - which means receiving a lot of misinformation about my health issues, being dismissed by medical professionals, and being treated differently in corporate workplaces.

03 — Creative process

Amidst a saturated digital cover of soft, peach-pink, neutral toned brands that box all women, we wanted to stand out. To us, empowering women meant the following things -

  • Building a brand that focuses on the women of all ages and times.

  • Using colours that expand a woman's identity, and make Dash come across as a credible brand. Hence, why not dark blue?

  • Curating content pieces that aren't just content pieces but also informative resources - so it became really important for us to have our templates be fun yet clean so they are legible.

  • We were super clear about making everything easily shareable. We wanted to reach our moms and their moms - who aren't on social media.

  • Community comes first. (Had to make our own girl gang!)
